I am deeply grateful to you, Sir, for giving me this opportunity of speaking on the matter brought before the House today by Dr. Ambedkar. These Articles have a threefold object, though the various objects are inter-connected. Article 188 is firstly sought to be deleted and two new Articles are sought to be inserted viz., 277-A and 278-A, and the old draft of Article 278 is proposed to be modified in certain respects.
