The Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) will host a workshop for undergraduate students on Constitutional History and Freedom of Speech. Research Associate Disha Chaudhry will conduct the workshop.
The workshop will task participants with thinking about freedom of speech through the lens of the Constituent Assembly of India. The workshop will serve the dual purpose of: (i) facilitating a critical approach to towards thinking about contemporary issues through constitutional history; (ii) orienting the participants to the CADIndia website, a powerful tool for navigating the Constituent Assembly Debates.
