Sir, I would like to move my Amendment with a slight verbal alteration to which, I understand, Dr. Ambedkar has no objection, Sir, I beg to move:
“That for the existing clause (3) and (4) of Article 145, the following be substituted:-
‘(3) The Advocate-General shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor, and shall receive such remuneration as the Governor may determine.'”
