Sir, the principle is exactly the same as in clause (5) of article 124, and the variation merely is that it covers the administrative expenses of the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General, which in reality will mean certain expenses like contingencies, traveling expenses, etc., so that it really makes the picture complete.
