We were dealing with Article 175 day before yesterday before we rose. We shall now continue discussion on Article 175. The question was raised by Shri Satish Chandra that he had an Amendment to Article 172 and that unless it became clear what the shape of Article 172 would be, he did not know whether to move or not to move the Amendment, of which he had given notice, to Article 175. I would like to know if he would press that point.
