Sir, on a point of Order, I invite your attention and that of the House to rule 38 (S) Sub-rule (2) of the Constituent Assembly Rules as amended on the 31st May 1949. That sub-rule provides that if any amendment to the Bill is made any Member may object to any motion being made on the same day “that the Bill be passed.” Under this rule I object to the motion (interruption) unless the President of course allows the motion to be moved.
