I then move: “That in amendment No, 20 of List I (Seventh Week), in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 5 of the proposed Fifth Schedule, the brackets and figure ‘(3)’ be inserted before the sentence beginning with the words ‘in particular and without prejudice etc.’ and the remaining sub-paragraphs be renumbered accordingly.”
