Mr. President, Sir, I move:
“That in amendment No. 3034 of the List of Amendments (Vol. II) in the proposed new article 282-A- (i) in clause (1), for the word ‘holds’ in the two places where it occurs the words ‘shall hold’ be substituted; and for the words ‘during the pleasure of the President and during the pleasure of the Governor of the State’ the words ‘until he attains the age of sixty eight’ be substituted:”
