Mr. President, Sir, I am very thankful to you for kindly permitting me to move my amendment. I had gone out on some office work, and not on private business. I beg to move: “That in amendment No. 20 of List I ( Eighth Week), at the end of clause (1) of the proposed new article 109A, the following be added :-” where there is a difference of opinion regarding an appointment between tile Governor or Ruler of the State and the High Court, the opinion of the former shall prevail.'”
