Well, it cannot be done in less than 12 months because I can assure my Friend Seth Govind Das that whatever he may think about himself or whatever I may think about my capacity to translate there are quite a large number of Members here who share my Friend Mr. Sidhva’s opinion that they are great experts even in the matter of translating a highly technical subject.
