I would have been very glad to do it, were it not untrue. What we are doing is a translation. ‘Version’ means really-speaking re-writing the whole thing in an independent manner. This is a translation. Let us pass through the stage of translation. Then we can have an independent version of the Constitution, which it will be open to the Parliament to accept as the authorised version.
