Mr. President, Sir, I am one of the people, to use the language of my honourable Friend Mr. T. T.Krishnamachari,–Who have tabled amendments. I wish he had used a better term in conformity with parliamentary practice and decorum and referred to those who have tabled amendments as Members if not honourable Members. I think it is not proper to use the word ‘people’ in reference to my honourable colleagues who have tabled amendments. That is, however, by the way.
