“That in amendment No. 545 of List IV, the proviso to sub-clause (a) of the proposed clause (4) of article 22 be deleted.” “That in amendment No. 545 of List IV in sub-clause (a) of the proposed clause 22, for the word ‘or’ occurring at the end the word ‘and’ be substituted.” “That in amendment No. 546 of List IV, in sub-clause (a) of the proposed clause (7) of article 22 the words ‘without obtaining the opinion of an Advisory Board in accordance with the provisions of sub-clause (a) of clause (4)’ be deleted.”
