As I understand, the corrections are only corrections, that is to say, they represent what was there, and which was not in the printed thing because of printer’s mistake. I understand the correction is only to that and nothing more. Therefore all the corrections must be taken as part of the Constitution, as reported by the Drafting Committee.Amendment of Article-(Contd.)
