A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

I may mention, Sir, that he did mention to me that the words in article 41 should be “State assistance” instead of “public assistance”. If the amendment is tabled, you may kindly permit the amendment being moved. I have no objection to the amendment as such but I see that no amendment has been tabled.
