Sir, in Supporting article 24 as moved by the Honourable Prime Minister, I crave the indulgence of the House to say a few words if only because in regard to some of the points covered by the article, I have not always seen eye to eye with the Honourable Prime Minister and I have now without any mental reservation accepted his point of view.(At this stage Mr. President vacated the Chair which was then occupied by Mr. Vice-President, Shri T.
