The question is : “That in amendment No. 369 of List VII (Seventh Week), in clause (4) of the proposed article 24,-(i) for the words ‘If any’ the word ‘Any’ be substituted;(ii) for the words ‘has, after it has been’ the words ‘may be’ be substituted;(iii) the words ‘received the assent of the President,’ be deleted; and(iv) for the words ‘assented to’ the word ‘passed’ be substituted.”The amendment was negatived.
