A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

The Federal Legislature may make provision by Act for conferring upon the Supreme Court such supplemental powers not inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act as may appear to be necessary or desirable for the purpose of enabling the Court more effectively to exercise the jurisdiction conferred upon it b3 or under this Act.
