A money bill passed by the Legislative Assembly shall be transmitted to the Legislative Council for its recommendations and it shall be returned not later than days there from to the Legislative Assembly which may pass “it, accepting or rejecting all or any of the recommendations of the Legislative Council ; and the bill so passed shall be deemed to have been passed by both Chambers.
