The management of the LOKE-SANGH have carefully studied the various constitutions of the different systems of Governments as being carried on in other countries of the world, and have chalked out a new constitution for free India. Particular care has been taken by us to base it on such fundamentals as assure maximum of real freedom to the individual to serve himself and the society, make all the basic necessities of life easily procurable for every one, create a very healthy atmosphere of mutual good wil and service among all the [unclear] up-bringing[unclear] and health for our children who are the real back-bone of our nation and to whom we look for our national life and advancement tomorrow. And all this incurs the state the minimum possible expense!
