Not being acquainted with any member of the Con Assembly I send you herewith, my humble suggestion for your serious consideration, and, if you, Sir, think it to be re[unclear]asonable, kindly (if you can not do it yourself) have it sponsered by an Hon member of the Conn Assembly for incorporation in the Constitution, if passed by the said Assembly. I had sent the same suggestion by a letter to the Times of India Bombay (a true copy of which is herewith enclsed) which the paper published it in an abdriged form in its issue dated 14th may 1949. A true copy of the letter as it was published by the paper in an abdriged form is also sent herewith for your perusal.
