243. (a)The Federal Legislature may by law, if satisfied that an agreement in that behalf has been made between the Governments of Units concerned, extend the jurisdiction of a High Court in any Province to any area not forming part of that Province or to the whole of any other Province or a Federated State.
(b) In such case the High Court’s jurisdiction in relation to any area or areas outside the Province in which it has its principal seat shall be determined by the Legislature that has power to make laws with respect to that area or areas.
