A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

134. The provisions contained in this Part of this Act with respect to interference with water supplies shall not apply in relation to any Federated State the Ruler w hereof has declared in his Instrument of Accession that those provisions are not to apply in relation to his State.
