Administration of justice, including. constitution, powers, maintenance and organisation of Courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction within the Province; subject to legislation by Parliament as regards High Courts, Chief Courts and Courts of Judicial commissioners, and any Courts with Supreme Court jurisdiction.
