CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY
A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

COMMITTEES

An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

I do not propose to move sub-clause (2). Then I move sub-clause (4) which becomes sub-clause (3)which runs thus: “(3) The Governor shall be eligible for re-election once, but only once.“
