That in sub-clause (2) of Clause 2, for the words the resolution in each case to be supported by not less than two-thirds of the total membership of the House concerned,” the following be substituted: “the resolution in the former case to be supported by not less than two thirds, and in latter not less than three–fourths, of the total membership of the House concerned.”
