: The question is: “That for clause (4) of article 63, the following clause be substituted, namely:(4) “The Attorney-General shall retire from office upon the resignation of the Prime Minister, but he may continue in office until his successor is appointed or he is re-appointed. (5) The Attorney-General shall receive such remunerating as the President may determine’.” The amendment was negatived.
