I am going to put to vote the amendments which have been moved in this House, one by one. The first one is that standing in the name of Shri Rohini Kumar Chaudhari. And he has two amendments. I am putting them to vote, one by one. The question is: “That in sub section (b) of the Resolution the words ‘and stands so declared by a competent Court’ be deleted.” The amendment was negatived.
