Mr. President, Sir, I move:
1. “That in clause 4 (1) the words ‘not discriminate’ may be substituted in place of ‘make no discrimination’.” It is merely a matter of phraseology.
2. “That in clause 4, sub-clause (2) (a) the following words may be added: ‘and places of public entertainment’.“
