Sir, I move:
“That for sub-clause (1) of Clause 6, the following be substituted:
‘During the interval between the occurrence of a vacancy in the office of President and its filling up by election and when the President is unable to discharge his functions win to absence, illness or other cause, his functions will be discharged by the Vice-President’.”
