I will now put the amendments to vote. I will first put the amendment moved by Mr. Naziruddin Ahmad “That for sub-clause (2) of Clause 4. the following be substituted:(2) The President shall not hold any position or office under the Union or under any provincial Government, or in or under any local authority or in or under any business concern (whether incorporated or not) in any honorary capacity or for any emolument or allowance.”
