“That in sub-clause (2) of Clause 19, for the word ‘lakh’ the words ‘2 lakhs’ be Substituted;”

“That in sub-clause, (2) of Clause 19, after the words ‘any province’, the words ‘and a maximum of 300’ be inserted.“
