For the subsequent clauses also there will be no amendments I suppose Clause 6– “No condition for a minimum number of votes of one’s own community. ‘There shall be no stipulation that a minority candidate standing for election for a reserved seat shall poll a minimum number of votes of his own community before he is declared elected’.”
