Mr. President, the amendment which I wish to submit reads as follows:- “That for paragraph (b) of item 32 the-following be substituted: “Telephones, wireless, broadcasting and other like forms of communications owned by the Federation; and regulation of similar forms of communications owned by provinces or States’.”
