The Home Minister, Sardar Patel, told us last Budget session about the position as regards Hyderabad, and as Kashmir is naturally on a par with other States that have acceded to the Indian Union. I only hoped–I do not insist– that all the States that have acceded to the Indian Union would be represented in this House.
