Sir, all I can say is that if the amendment moved by my Friend Prof. Shibban Lal Saksena is at all necessary, I think we have enough power under entry No. 91 of List I to deal with that :
“any other matter not enumerated in List II or List III including any tax not mentioned in either of those Lists“.
That matter could be covered by this.
