A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

I do not put the amendments moved by Mr. Naziruddin Ahmad to paragraph 2 as they are of a drafting nature. The question is: “That paragraph 2 stand part of the Schedule.” The motion was adopted. Paragraph 2 was added to the Fifth Schedule. Paragraph 3
