I do not move part (b). I also move: “That in amendment No. 20 of List I (Seventh Week), in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4 of the proposed Fifth Schedule, for the words ‘advise on such matters’, the words ‘advise of the Governor or Ruler on such matters’, be substituted.”
