These are the amendments which seek to substitute the proposition moved by Dr. Ambedkar. I would like to dispose of these amendments first. One will be accepted and I will take the amendments on that and leave the rest out. As a matter of fact, only two have been moved–amendments Nos. 16 and 183. I will take Sardar Hukam Singh’s amendment 256. Separately.
