The conclusion will be what was originally intended that there will be formal and consequential amendments. If any amendment of a different category becomes necessary in regard to what has happened between now and the 14th of November perhaps, and the President considers they are necessary modifications–honourable Members should bear in mind that the authority to consider what is a necessary amendment happens to be the President–they will go through.
