Our revered Leader Dr. Pattabhi Sitaramayya felt that the word “other” qualifies the necessary amendments unduly and that it refers more to the words occurring prior to that word “formal or consequential” rather than to the word “necessary”, and I agree with the interpretation of Dr. Pattabhi Sitaramayya. If the President agrees, he might put it to the House to decide on the matter.
