The question is:
“That in amendment No. 429 of List XVIII (Second Week), for paragraph (ii) of sub-clause (a) of clause (4) of the proposed new article 280-A, the following be substituted:–‘(ii) a provision requiring all Bills to be reserved for the consideration of the President after they are passed by the Legislature of the State.'”
