Sir, in clause (4) and clause (7) I have some amendments. I beg to move :
“That in clause (4) of article 22, for the words ‘No law providing for preventive detention, the words, brackets. letters and figure ‘Nothing in sub-clause (b) of clause (3)’ be substituted; and at the end of sub-clause (b) of clause(4),the following be added:– ‘authorising such longer detention.”
