Sir, I move :”That in amendment No. 369 of List VII (Seventh Week), in clause (5) of the proposed article 24, the words ‘Save as provided in the next succeeding clause’ be omitted.” “That in amendment No. 369 of List VII ‘Seventh Week), for sub-clause (a) of clause (5) of the proposed article 24, tile following sub-clause be substituted:-‘(a) the provisions of any existing law other than a law to which the provisions of clause (6) of this article apply, or’.”
