The question is: “That in amendment No. 369 of List VII (Seventh Week), for sub-clause (a) of clause (5) of the proposed article 24, the following sub-clause be substituted:—'(a) the provision of any existing law other than a law to which the provisions of clause (6) of this article apply, or’.” The amendment was negatived.
