The question is: “That in amendment No. 369 of List VII (Seventh Week), in clause (6) of the proposed article 24, for the words beginning with ‘may within three months’ and ending with Government of India Act, 1935, the following be substituted :—’shall not be called in question in any court on the ground that it contravenes any provision of this article.'” The amendment was negatived.
