The question is : “That in clause (1) of article 250, after sub–clause (d), the following sub-clauses added :-(e) taxes other than stamp duties on transactions in stock exchanges and futures market;(f) taxes on the sail or purchase of newspapers and on advertisements published therein.’ ”
