This is a formal amendment. My next amendment relates to, the second portion of item 5. Sir, I move:”That in item 5, for the words ‘the strength, organisation and control of the armed forces raised and employed in Indian States’ the following be substituted: ‘The strength of the armed forces raised and employed in Indian States and the organisation and control of such part of the forces as may by agreement be earmarked for service with Federal Forces.'”
