2. When this question was raised in the Orissa States Assembly the Hoh‘ble Sri Kapileswar Nand, the Executive Councillor for the States, evaded reply by brandishing adibasis as Communist. But it is so strange to find that he could not give a singal instance of an adibasi Communist in any State.
