This is to thank you so much for your acknowledging my letters of the 10th & 25-the June and 10th July 48, giving some suggestions to meet with the reguler demand of the refugees which is infact a geniun and legitemate. The suggestions if carried out will work practically and would help the Government to stop making any state expences for the upliftment of tho[unclear]se who have suffered heavely for this Freedom. I am confident, during the present Session of The Parliament, my suggestions will be kept before the Honourable members who would pay their consideration to them.
